LOOT AWARDATION:
Under ordinary circumstances, I will say to raid channel "<ITEM> Please send tells with what it would replace!" That means if you are interested in Dope Shoulder Item of Coolness, you will send me a tell that looks like this:
Somedude tells you, '<CURRENT>'

No matter who I am boxing or whatever, please send these tells to Sheer. Even if I slip up and make the call on another character.

In very rare cases, someone else will handle loot distribution, so watch for that, and in super duper rare situations, loot will be awarded without accepting tells. Generally, though, items go where they are the largest benefit and quest items go to who has done the most work on the quest, and so forth. It's pretty fair and I'm not going to argue about loot so stuff it.

Seriously if you complain about loot I'ma kick you in the head.

In the Unlikely event that you disagree with Sheer's decisions, and rage in vent/guild over said decisions. I will loot the item, no matter what it is, and delete it. This goes for the entire Guild.
